Project Overview

Road & Sidewalk Scope

Full-depth milling and resurfacing of approximately 268,000 square feet of roadway across 5 community streets. Replacement of 148 damaged sidewalk sections to restore safe pedestrian access, along with reconstruction of 17 driveway aprons and precision grinding of 92 concrete trip hazards — all performed to current ADA and municipal standards.

Roundabout Scope

Complete upgrade of the community roundabout including demolition of existing pavers, new cobblestone pavers, a 48" block wall with beveled cap, concrete-filled bollards at entrance and exit points, and a smooth stucco finish. This high-visibility focal point of the neighborhood will receive a complete transformation.
